One happy Turtle Love Co. customer just wrote us to share some photos from her wedding back in June. Amy and her new husband, Tim, both love their Hammered Silver Rings by Jen Burrall. Here is the lovely story Amy shared with us about the first day they got to wear their wedding rings:

“Our wedding was amazing. We got married in my Tim’s parents’ backyard on Lake Michigan, in Pleasant Prairie, WI. A week prior, a huge windstorm came through and basically knocked down all of the trees in their backyard. With the help of our amazing friends and family, we are able to get the yard cleaned up in time. We had about 35 guests and the weather for the day was just perfect. It was so special to be surrounded by our best friends and family, reciting our vows. I know this sounds super cheesy, but you could literally feel the love surrounding us. It was something I will never forget. The judge that officiated our wedding (a family friend of Tim’s) said this was his second most memorable wedding he officiated. The first one, his robe caught on fire, so that’s hard to beat!

“Our reception was more like a family picnic. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed themselves. After our wedding our best friends (best man & maid of honor) dropped us off at our house. We came home to lots of rose petals everywhere (our new kittens had fun with those!) and a beautiful letter from my maid of honor. It was truly a beautiful day, and something we will both always remember.”
