30-Day Exchange Policy
If the piece that you ordered isn't quite what you thought it would be, we'd love to help!
Vintage jewelry may be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange. Because nearly every non-vintage piece is made specifically for you, those pieces can only be returned for exchange or re-sizing. Send the piece back to us within 30 days of the date it shipped to you if you would like help with an exchange (and, in the case of vintage jewelry, a refund). We can help with re-sizing at any time.
Jewelry returned to us must be in the same condition as it was sent. Be sure to follow the shipping instructions below. Pieces that have been custom designed, engraved, altered, or re-sized, and purchases that have previously been exchanged, repaired, or re-sized may not be returned for exchange or refund.
How To Ship an Item to Us
To return an item for exchange, re-sizing, or repair (or refund, in the case of a vintage piece), follow these three steps:
1. Email email@example.com to request a return form.
2. Package your item in the original packaging and materials. If you no longer have the original materials, please use another box and protect the item well. Do not use a standard envelope as it the item would likely be damaged in shipping.
3. Send the package to us at the address provided. You are responsible for the shipment until it arrives to us - we recommend that you use package tracking.
Please note that shipping back to TLC is at the customer's expense. We are happy to take care of sending your new or re-sized item back to you!
