Return Policy

30-Day Return and Exchange Policy

We're confident that you'll love shopping with the Turtle Love Co. and that you'll be thrilled with the jewelry you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for refund or exchange. We charge a $25 non-refundable fee on all special orders.

If you are returning or exchanging an item, please note that shipping back to TLC is at the customer's expense. We are happy to take care of sending your new or re-sized item back to you!


How To Prepare A Return or Exchange

To return an item for a refund or exchange, follow these three steps:

1. Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Email helpfulturtle@turtleloveco.com to request an authorization code. Write this code at the top of your original invoice and on the outside of the box you are returning.

2. Package your item in the original packaging and materials. If you no longer have the original materials, please use an alternative box, not an envelope as it could damage the item.

3. Send the package to us at the address provided. Be sure to use package tracking. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at helpfulturtle@turtleloveco.com.

Your account will be credited within 7 days after we receive your return. If you are exchanging your ring for a new size, we will send it out as soon as we receive your return.

After 30 Days

If you require any work or changes made to your jewelry, we're happy to help! You will need to pay the shipping and repair costs. To repair a sterling silver item, the cost is generally between $25 and $75 but will vary depending on the nature of the work required. Repairs to gold items will be more expensive.
