Adrianne is our Head Honcho. She has lots of black socks and claims to do her best thinking in the shower, but often forgets if she’s already washed her hair. She really likes raw peppers and fancy tacos.

Amy: "Adrianne looks slammin' in heels. She's a smart business lady and a great mom, and she's also very diplomatic. She's good at talking to all walks of life."

Rachel: "Adrianne is very happy, and seems to love black clothing. She doesn't drink coffee but gets all of her energy from somewhere."

Xander: "Adrianne is really good at answering lots of different kinds of questions and including everyone in the solution. I like her stories, and she's a good laugher."

Amy says she would be in the nuthouse without yoga. We're all really glad she does yoga. She's also a self-proclaimed chocolate fiend and loves dressing up on Tuesday, our dress-up day. She is our resident Design Diva, and in some of her spare time, she designs t-shirts: notarobot.org, and makes installation art and other visual delights: amyjorgensen.org.

Rachel: "Amy has bad-ass cowboy boots. She has possibly tried everything once, and she makes cool art."

Xander: "Amy is good at making things look good. She's also a good laugher, and is really good at making cool ideas happen, like the Womb Room."

Adrianne: "Amy is a composed, empowered fixer and an excellent collagist who tends to leave chocolate chips in the conference room."

Xander loves everything to do with words, and is our Smile Specialist and Product Pro. She rides her bike to work everyday, except when it's raining. Xander has a Monday afternoon music radio show on Portland's community station (wmpg.org), where every half hour she gets to pretend she's a meteorologist.

Adrianne: "Xander is serene. She also wears a variety of fanny packs with flair, and makes enviable sandwiches."

Amy: "Xander has a great fashion-sense, and gives good weather reports. She volunteers at a local art gallery, and will be doing an internship at the Smithsonian this fall."

Rachel: "Xander is always wearing sweet shoes. She makes great phone calls and knows some really fun games, like Moods."

Rachel is our Marketing Maven and Technical Talent. She is a "straight-up animal lover, minus bugs." Although she can't commit to a favorite band, Rachel works best with headphones in her ears, and claims to have several secret playlists with secret titles that correspond to various factors like her mood, the weather, and the day of the week. She always dances when she's home alone.

Xander: "Rachel knows so much about the internet and how it works! She's good at solving problems and concentrating, and she's a good laugher."

Adrianne: "Rachel has intense focus and can close her ears in any manner of settings. She loves to use a pressure-washer, and All-Star strawberries are her favorite kind of strawberry."

Amy: "Rachel is funny and quick to laugh. She has a passion for music and knows a lot about it. She is fun to be around."
